k, i need to take this to heart cuz right now i feel like giving up! i hate school so much that i sleep too much to avoid the work. like today, i didn't get up until nearly noon and then took like a 3 hr nap around 6.
on the plus side, i did zumba for an hour!
jillian michaels says i need to sleep a consistent 8 hrs a night. maybe i should set my alarm, ah that dreadful thing?! we have a hate relationship. perhaps time to make it a love one.
